Return Policy (USA)

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from receiving your item to return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns can also be dropped off in Los Angeles for free.
  • Full Refunds: Full refunds are given on all orders.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can send you a new one.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 days of receiving your return. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-7 business days to process the refund.

International Orders:

  • International orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • If an international item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you with a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
